The Maybank Group Awards Night (MGAN) is an annual event dedicated to honour the exceptional achievements & excellence of Maybankers across the Maybank Group. From the pinnacle of customer service excellence to groundbreaking innovation in banking solutions, the awards serve as a testament to the unwavering dedication and ingenuity exhibited by employees across the Group.

Aligned with Maybank’s goal of driving M25+ to become a values-driven platform, powered by a bionic workforce that humanises financial services, MGAN serves as a platform to acknowledge exceptional teamwork, integrity, growth, excellence, efficiency, and relationship building. Frequently Asked Question

1. How do I know if I am invited to MGAN?

MGAN operates on an invitation-only basis. If you have received an email invitation from our primary correspondence address, awardsnight@maybank.com, you have been extended an invitation and are recognised as one of our nominated guests for MGAN. Maybankers are nominated either by becoming one of the nominees for our prestigious awards or their names are given by their respective Business Human Capitals (BHCs). Individuals who have not received an email invitation from us are required to click the “Waitlist Me” button via our official website at www.mgan2024.com from 29 June 2024, 10 AM (MYT) onwards to be part of our Waitlist.

2. How can I RSVP for the event?

Only nominated guests are allowed to RSVP for MGAN. Maybankers are nominated either by becoming one of the nominees for our prestigious awards or their names are given by their respective Business Human Capitals (BHCs). To RSVP, follow the instructions outlined in your email invitation. Please proceed to our official website at www.mgan2024.com and RSVP using the same email address to which the invitation was sent. The deadline to RSVP is 27 June 2024.

Event Details

1. What is the dress code for the event?

The dress code for MGAN 2024 is Oscars: Black Tie Formal.

2. Will dinner be served buffet-style as in the previous MGAN?

No, this year's dinner will have a unique setup. Instead of the traditional buffet format, we are opting for a dome-style dining experience where the awards ceremony and dinner will be seamlessly integrated.

Arrival and Check-In

1. What time should I arrive?

We suggest arriving at least 30 minutes before the event start time, around 7 PM. This will provide ample opportunity for check-in procedures and securing your preferred seating arrangements.

2. What do I need to bring for check-in at the event?

Simply bring along your smartphone equipped with a QR code scanner for the check-in process.

3. How should I proceed with check-in at the event?

To complete the check-in process, kindly use your smartphone to scan the designated QR code provided at the entrances of Halls 10 & 11 which are located at Level 3 MITEC KL (where the MGAN venue is).

4. Will there be parking available at the venue?

Yes, there will be basement parking available at a flat rate of RM15. Once basement parking is full, you may proceed to park at Level 2, MITEC KL - our security guards will usher you to the right parking spot. Please note that a 5% charge will incur for those using Credit Cards. There will be signage leading up to the parking area.

5. What should I do if I arrive late?

Should you arrive after the designated start time, please proceed directly to the registration desks, where our registration team will be available to assist you in locating your assigned seat. Alternatively, you may also key in your PF number on the designated iPad at the hall entrance to self-locate your seat.

6. Where is the surau located at?

Surau/prayer room is located at Levels 1A & 2, MITEC KL.

1. Is the venue accessible for guests with disabilities?

The venue has been set up with disabilities in mind. Feel free to reach out to our crew if you need any more special assistance.

Cancellation and Changes

1. What should I do if I need to cancel my registration?

If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us as soon as possible at awardsnight@maybank.com to make ways for other Maybankers to register.

2. Can I transfer my invitation to someone else?

You may find a replacement and email your replacement’s details as well as yours to awardsnight@maybank.com
